This hotel is absolutely stunning, situated right at the southern edge of Torres del Paine National Park. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and I thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive option that covered meals, drinks, and even some activities. The main drawback was the busy dinner service on one night, but overall, I had a fantastic experience in this breathtaking setting.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing amazing views of the mountains.
The service was top-notch, with exceptional staff who worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly.
The hotel is located just outside the park, with stunning views of the Torres del Paine massif that you won’t find anywhere else.

The hotel is set just outside of the park, which made it a great base for exploring Patagonia. I really enjoyed the spacious and clean accommodations, and the staff were excellent and helpful. However, the dining situation was a bit frustrating as we struggled to get a table for dinner, and the views weren’t quite as advertised since we ended up looking at a parked truck instead of the mountains.
